1. Raises Metabolism. Metabolism is basically the rate at which calories are burned in the body. One way to increase your metabolic rate is to increase your muscle mass – add a few pounds of muscle mass to your thighs and you can have another cup of rice. Trans Resveratrol increases metabolism.
